Silvestrum is seeking an Office Manager to oversee virtual office management for the U.S.-based team of our California company, with a focus on enhancing operations and financial management. In this role, you'll take charge of our virtual office environment, overseeing HR tasks such as onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and coordinating benefits. You'll also handle payroll, insurance services, and accounts management while improving project budget tracking. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our EU counterparts, assist in onboarding new team members, and develop scalable processes to support our growth initiatives.
